We had lived in our house for 22 years, so we had a lot of concerns and questions going into this process. Ryan spent several hours explaining everything to us and making sure he understood what we really wanted. He made sure that the other RE/MAX Realtors knew about our house. The house was shown the first day it was on the market and an offer was made that day! We had left on vacation that afternoon and got a call from Ryan about the offer. He was completely available to us the next few days to make sure we got everything worked out with no hitches. We had to fax papers back and forth and he guided us through the whole process. When we got home, he could not wait to find us a house that fit our needs and desires. The whole process started on August 25th and we moved into our new home on October 6th. We love our new home!!
